Our products are guaranteed for one year, with an extension for an additional year by registering on our website, here. The guarantee applies only to exterior welds that are defective. The guarantee does not apply in the case of over inflation that has damaged the internal welds.
To enforce the guarantee, you must send the defective product to the following address: MOJOW - 5, rue René Cassin - 37390 Notre Dame d'Oé. Upon receipt of the latter, a check will be carried out before possible exchange.
MOJOW is a partner of the freight forwarder GEODIS, whose presence throughout the metropolitan territory allows home delivery within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the region. In order to provide the best service to MOJOW's customers, GEODIS determines with them the most suitable time slot for delivery.
